Privacy & contact policy

What we collect. Only what you enter in the quote form: organization, name, work email, optional phone, market, service, project size, city, dates, deliverables and details.

How we use it. Solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Technical data. To prevent spam and abuse we record a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with your submission (not the IP itself) and limit how many requests can be sent per hour. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on the quote form.

Storage & access. Submissions are saved only through our server and stored in a secured database. They are readable only by the verified business owner account; they are never published on this website.

Retention. Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, prepare a proposal, and keep reasonable business records for an active or completed project. Inquiries that do not become projects are periodically reviewed and deleted.

Your control. You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing us. Submitting the form is optional; you can always contact us by email instead.

Contact policy. We reply by email (and by phone only if you provide a number). We will not contact you for unrelated purposes.

Flight imagery. We capture only the scoped project area and handle incidental imagery of neighboring property responsibly.
